Care Plans

On a daily basis your loved one will partake in recreational activities that stimulate the mind, body and soul. Each resident will have an individually customized care plan that will be designed to gain the most joy possible in order to restore and rejuvenate memory and function. Our Staff dedicates 15 hours/year in occupational therapy training from world certified instructors.

The Nursing Department utilizes a proprietary application that monitors patient&#amp;s care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to the application, the administrative staff and professional nurses, are supported by Staffing Guidelines and Requirements set forth by the State of New Jersey.

Care Services

• Assist residents and families in adjusting to the home
• Respond to discharge planning needs of residents
• Direct residents & families to community information and resources as necessary
• Assist families as needed in making the financial transition to medical assistance
• Serve as a liaison between residence/families and other staff to advocate for residents&#amp; rights
• Provide crisis intervention when immediate concerns surface
